Registration Overview

Pandora-Gilboa Community Recreation offers youth baseball, softball, and T-Ball programs designed to provide a positive, safe, and community-focused experience for all participants.

Registration is completed online through our TeamLinkt system. Printable registration materials are available for reference only.

Payment Options

We offer several payment methods to accommodate families:

Online Payment

• Debit and credit cards are accepted during registration.
• Processing fees are applied by the payment processor.

Pay by Check

• Families may choose to pay by check during registration.
• Registrations paid by check are marked as pending until payment is received.
• Checks should be made payable to Pandora-Gilboa Community Recreation.
• Registration is not considered complete until payment is received.

Financial Assistance

Pandora-Gilboa Community Recreation strives to make participation accessible to all families.

• Financial assistance is available upon request and approval.
• Assistance is not automatic.
• Families requesting assistance should indicate this during registration.
• A PGCR board member will follow up after registration to discuss available options.
• Approved assistance is typically applied as a partial registration discount.

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds & Credits

• Registration fees are non-refundable once registration is completed.
• This includes, but is not limited to, withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, injury, weather-related cancellations, or team placement decisions.
• In limited circumstances and at the sole discretion of Pandora-Gilboa Community Recreation, a registration credit may be issued for future programs.
• Credits are not guaranteed.

Required Policies & Waivers

As part of online registration, families are required to acknowledge and agree to:

• Participation Waiver & Assumption of Risk
• Refund / Credit Policy
• Code of Conduct expectations

These documents are available for review and must be accepted during registration.

Program Notes

Baseball & Softball

• League fees and umpire costs are funded through registrations and sponsorships.
  

T-Ball

• T-Ball is administered entirely by PGCR.
• Games are played between teams formed within the program.
• Season runs June 30 – July 24.
• Team and schedule information will be shared closer to the start of the season.
